As a Lead Developer at iCabbi, I am responsible for the codebase of the Voice Product, including Voice+. My daily responsiblities include but are not limited to; handling Jira, managing pull requests, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers and helping the Product Manager plan the future roadmap.

As a Voice Developer, I was responsible for making new features or fixing bugs which were assigned to me by the Lead Developer. These could be bugs with the Voice or Voice+ product. While in this role, I helped to create a new automation product called Voice+ which had the aim of fully automating the booking process for taxi companies.

As a Voice Support Engineer, I was tasked with identifying and diagnosing customer bugs with the Voice system. This was mainly acomplished by utilising Zendesk as a customer communication tool. I was then responsible for identifying if the bug was a configuration mismatch or a bug with the code. If it was the latter, I would then create a bug ticket in Jira and alert the product team.

As an ICT Technician at a school, I was responsible for helping both staff and students with technical queries ranging from simple things such as Microsoft Office queries to more advanced items such as software installs using Microsoft's SCCM tool. Whilst in this role, I created a new website for booking out accessibility laptops and iPads for students with disabilities.
